Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this store and any purchase you make. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.

2. Products
Our items are made to order. Photographs and mockups are representative; natural variation in colour, fabric and print position is normal and not a defect. We may update or discontinue products at any time.
3. Prices & currency
Prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If a price is shown in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
4. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already charged.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. By paying you accept Stripe's terms in addition to ours.
6. Shipping & delivery
Delivery times, costs and regions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
7. Right to cancel & returns
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. How to exercise it, and the limited exceptions for genuinely personalised items, are described in our Returns & Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, logos, text and images on this store are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access if you do.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
11. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. If you are a consumer you may also rely on the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. EU consumers can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, and Swedish consumers may refer disputes to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se).
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the moment you order applies to that order. The latest version is always on this page.
