Shipping Policy
Everything is made to order, then shipped to you. Here's what to expect.
1. Processing time
Because each item is made to order, we need 1–3 business days to produce it before it ships. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
2. Delivery times
- Sweden & EU: typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- UK, US & rest of world: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees, and can vary at busy periods.
3. Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, and shown before you pay.
4. Customs & duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the recipient's responsibility.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships we email a tracking link. If tracking hasn't updated after a few days, please get in touch.
6. Delays, lost or damaged parcels
If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, email hello@drbror.com and we'll make it right.
