Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your order. If something's not right, here's how returns and refunds work.
1. 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To do so, tell us within that period at hello@drbror.com. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
2. Condition
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it arrived faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and check the return, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method, including standard outbound shipping. We may reduce the refund to reflect any handling beyond what's needed to inspect the item.
4. Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.
5. Personalised items
The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to goods that are genuinely made to your personal specification or clearly personalised (for example a custom name or photo). Standard catalogue items are fully returnable as above. Your rights for faulty goods always apply.
